Meet My Family

My name is Tisha and this is my husband Jeff. We have been married for 20 years and have 3 boys.

We were told we had to rub Abraham Lincoln's nose for good luck while visiting his tomb in Springfield, Illinois.

We all had a great time at Medieval Times Dinner theater in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Our oldest son, Shane...he is 19 years old and a Sophomore in College. He stays very busy with his internship at Lockheed Martin, school and his girlfriend. Shane does find some time to stop and play with the kids, but is usually on the go.Shane is adding a penny to President Lincoln's 1st burial spot.

Brandon is our baby...he is 13 years old, in the 8th grade and full of boy energy!! He always has a rope wrapped around a tree or rock making some sort of contraption. Brandon also enjoys helping out with the little ones...he enjoys playing with them in the yard and helping to feed the babies when they are hungry. Brandon is adding his penny to Abraham Lincoln's 1st burial place.

Brandon and Robbie had a great time together during our family reunion in North Carolina. You would never guess it was their first time meeting each other.

This is me and my dad...or as the kids will tell you Papa. He is definately an important part of our lives and comes by often...when he is not traveling in South America, Africa or New Zealand. The kids will yell "Papa's here" when he walks through the door and then beg for some silly game he has made up. Their favorite is "tick tock"...just ask, they will tell you what that is!!

In March 2006 my dad was in a very serious motorcycle accident while traveling in New Zealand. With a very strong determination to live, family that wasn't quite ready to lose him and lots of prayers he pulled through. Life is now different for all of us and we definitely have a new appreciation for life. He does still visit the daycare often, but isn't able to play games with the kids. Maybe someday he will move the way he used to, until then we are thankful that he can now walk without assistance and that he improves week by week.

After a long year of hard work with therapy and recovering from his injuries, my dad got married in May 2007 to Elaine. She is wonderful and we love having her in the family.
